I set up Yoga with Cat as I am passionate about delivering impactful classes and programs that will increase your wellbeing and help you cope with life’s pressures.
My mission is to enable you to become a driver not passengers of your body and mind with a combination of Yoga, Pilates and Mindfulness. I want to help you build core strength, to develop physical and mental resilience and find balance in your life. Together, we will stretch, strengthen, breathe, relax and have fun!
