6. Private class Yoga, Pilates or Meditation


Private classes are ideal to ease yourself into Yoga or Pilates if you are a beginner, or restarting exercise after a long break or injury.  They are also great, if you are working on something specific and looking to deepen your practice. They are also beneficial to those looking to start a meditation practice.
