18.30 Yoga Active Flow – 1h class
Starts on Tuesday the 18th of April. 1 hour sessions every Tuesday : 18/4, 25/4, 2/5, 9/5, 16/5, 23/5.
Slow flow Vinyasa for those who enjoy a challenging yoga routine. Active stretching and strengthening. Breathing exercises. Short relaxation at the end.
In person class in Knock Riada Community Centre. Classes are broadcasted live on Zoom and recorded, so participants don’t miss out if they can’t come in person one of the sessions.
