9.45am Pilates & Stretching – 1h class
Starts on Thursday the 20th of April. 1 hour sessions every Thursday: 20/4, 7/4, 4/5, 11/5, 18/5, 25/5.
This class is aimed at people who have some understanding of Pilates. The foundation is there but you are looking to learn more and improve core engagement. We will also focus on stretches to improve flexibility and mobility. It is a great mix of Pilates, mindfulness, breathing and Yoga.
In person class in Knock Riada Community Centre. Classes can be broadcasted live on Zoom and recorded if needed, so participants don’t miss out if they can’t come in person to one of the sessions.
