19.45 Pilates and Stretching – 1h class

Starts on Thursday the11th of April. 1 hour sessions every Thursday: 11/4, 18/4, 25/4, 2/5.

This class is for all levels of Pilates and Yoga. You will learn about core engagement and work on stretches to improve flexibility and mobility. It is a great mix of Pilates, mindfulness, breathing and Yoga (Yin – passive and Yang – active stretches).

In person class in Knock Riada Community Centre. Classes are broadcasted live on Zoom and recorded, so participants don’t miss out if they can’t come in person one of the sessions.
