19.45 Pilates and Stretching – 1h class
This class is aimed at people who have some understanding of Pilates. The foundation is there but you are looking to learn more and improve core engagement. We will also focus on stretches to improve flexibility and mobility. It is a great mix of Pilates, mindfulness, breathing and Yoga
In person class in Knock Riada Community Centre. Classes are broadcasted live on Zoom and recorded, so participants don’t miss out if they can’t come in person one of the sessions.
