19.45 Pilates and Stretching – 1h class
Starts on Thursday the 10th of November 1 hour sessions every Thursday : 10/11, 17/11, 24/11, 01/12, 8/12.
This class is aimed at people who have some understanding of Pilates. The foundation is there but you are looking to learn more and improve core engagement. We will also focus on stretches to improve flexibility and mobility.
In person class in Knock Riada Community Centre. Classes are broadcasted live on Zoom and recorded, so participants don’t miss out if they can’t come in person one of the sessions.
