18.30 Outdoor Yoga – 1h class – all levels

Slow flow Vinyasa or Hatha Yoga. Active stretching  and strengthening. Breathing exercises. Short relaxation at the end.

In person class outdoor. Sign up to the WhatsApp group for updates. If the weather is bad,  the class will be in the Knock Riada Community Centre.
