Tired of the celebrations? Tired full stop? Eaten too much? Need a gentle reset? This practice is for you then. This is a gentle practice focusing on self care to ease back in after the Xmas break and New year’s festivities.
The menu includes: breathwork, stretches, gentle Pilates, some longer holds yin yoga poses, and finishing with a relaxation.

In person class in Knock Riada Community Centre.
