19.45 Gentle Yoga – 1 hour
Starts on Tuesday the 18th of April. 1 hour sessions every Tuesday : 18/4, 25/4, 2/5, 9/5, 16/5, 23/5.
Gentle stretching and strengthening for better movement less pain. Finish with a relaxation. A gentle Yoga routine with a bit of Pilates will reverse the effects of sitting down and give better posture.
In person class in Knock Riada Community Centre. Classes are broadcasted live on Zoom and recorded, so participants don’t miss out if they can’t come in person one of the sessions.
