19.45 Gentle Yoga – 1 hour
Starts on Tuesday the 3rd of October. 1 hour sessions every Tuesday : 03/10, 10/10, 17/10, 24/10.
Gentle stretching and strengthening for better movement less pain. Each class starts and ends with a relaxation. The class encompasses mindfulness practices, passive stretching (Yin Yoga) and a bit of Pilates for the posture.
In person class in Knock Riada Community Centre. Classes are broadcasted live on Zoom and recorded, so participants don’t miss out if they can’t come in person one of the sessions.
