It Develops a Strong Core

Pilates is a method of exercise invented by Joseph Pilates in the 1920’s. It is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture. The practice of Pilates is very mindful, bringing together more awareness of the body, mind and breath. When practiced with consistency, it develops a strong core, builds strength and endurance in the entire body

  • Weekly Pilates mixed levels classes Tuesday and Thursday. Suitable for beginners + to Intermediate and regular students.
  • Beginner course twice a year or on-demand: For those who want to learn the foundation. I will break down all techniques for optimal learning and results.
