We Move Very Slowly

This class is aimed at loosening the joints, stretching in a gentle manner and improving mobility. We move very slowly, like a moving meditation and we will also hold some Restorative postures longer to allow the nervous system to get a rest. Each class starts with Pranayama, or breath work and ends with a relaxation.

  • Classes on Tuesday Suitable for all levels.
