    Starts on Tuesday the 3rd of October. 1 hour sessions every Tuesday : 03/10, 10/10, 17/10, 24/10.

    Slow flow Vinyasa for those who enjoy a challenging yoga routine. Active stretching  and strengthening. Breathing exercises. Short relaxation at the end.

    In person class in Knock Riada Community Centre. Classes are broadcasted live on Zoom and recorded, so participants don’t miss out if they can’t come in person one of the sessions.

    19.45 Gentle Yoga – 1 hour

    Starts on Tuesday the 3rd of October. 1 hour sessions every Tuesday : 03/10, 10/10, 17/10, 24/10.

    Gentle stretching and strengthening for better movement less pain. Each class starts and ends with a relaxation. The class encompasses mindfulness practices, passive stretching (Yin Yoga) and a bit of Pilates for the posture.

    In person class in Knock Riada Community Centre. Classes are broadcasted live on Zoom and recorded, so participants don’t miss out if they can’t come in person one of the sessions.

    Starts on Thursday  the 5th of October. 1 hour sessions every Thursday  : 5/10, 12/10, 19/10, 26/10.

    This class is for all levels of Pilates and Yoga. You will learn about core engagement and work on stretches to improve flexibility and mobility. It is a great mix of Pilates, mindfulness, breathing and Yoga (Yin – passive and Yang – active stretches).

    In person class in Knock Riada Community Centre. Classes can be broadcasted live on Zoom and recorded if needed, so participants don’t miss out if they can’t come in person to one of the sessions.

    Starts on Thursday  the 5th of October. 1 hour sessions every Thursday  : 5/10, 12/10, 19/10, 26/10.

    This class is aimed at Pilates practitioners with over one year experience, who are used to practicing Pilates, and are looking for a faster practice. In some classes, we may use bands, circles, balls or blocks to add to the challenge.
