Timetable for Live Classes

In person classes are run as a term, usually in a 4 to 6 weeks block. If you prefer to join online, classes are streamed on Zoom. The classes are recorded, so no one misses anything, recordings are made available for a week.

Pilates & Stretching

Tuesdays 9.45 – 10.45

Also called Yogalates. Fusion of Yoga and Pilates posture: Pilates exercises for the Core and Yoga postures to stretch and strengthen the body. The best of both to practice movement and breath. You will improve your physical strength, endurance, flexibility and posture. The class begins with breathing exercises and ends with a short relaxation. Suitable for all levels.

Tuesdays 18.30 – 19.30

Yoga Slow Flow

This style of Flow is slow, yet is active and energetic, using the breath to move from one posture to the next. Because you are flowing at a slower pace, you have time to stack the body in good alignment and feel the muscles working. Each class starts with Pranayama, or breath work and ends with a relaxation. Suitable to beginners + to Intermediate and regular students.

Tuesdays 19.45 – 20.45

Gentle Yoga and Relaxation

Practice aimed at loosening the joints, stretching in a gentle manner and improving mobility. It is a slow class, like a moving meditation and we will also hold some Restorative postures longer to allow the nervous system to get a rest. Each class starts with Pranayama, or breath work and ends with a relaxation. Open to all levels.

Thursdays 18.30 – 19.30

Pilates Improvers

Practice designed to work your core and other parts of the body effectively. Pilates is a comprehensive method linking body awareness, breath and mind. You will improve your physical strength, endurance, flexibility and posture. Open to all levels, there are modifications for all postures, however this class is for people who have an understanding of Pilates.

Thursdays 19.45 – 20.45

Private and Corporate classes

I have carved out a few slots in my diary dedicated for Private and Corporate classes.

Private Classes

To cater for your individual needs whether you are a beginner and want to learn safely or experienced with specific goals. They can also benefit you to improve mobility issues or work with an injury. Meditation and Relaxation in a private setting are also very useful.

Corporate Classes

I have over 15 years Corporate experience in high pressure environments and seen first-hand the impact of stress and desk postural issues. I am passionate about helping your organisation look after their employees with wellbeing programs.
