Mission & Services

My mission is to enable you to become a driver not passengers of your body and mind with a combination of Yoga, Pilates and Mindfulness. I want to help you build core strength, to develop physical and mental resilience and find balance in your life. Together, we will stretch, strengthen, breathe, relax and have fun!

I teach Yoga, Pilates and Meditation in Dublin and now online.

My classes use mindfulness techniques to bring you back into your body, breathe better and tune in to how you feel.

With a regular practice, you will be able to:

  • Improve how you handle stress and anxiety.
  • Sleep better.
  • Increase mobility, flexibility and balance.

Yoga with Cat has been a lifesaver!

Yoga with Cat has been a lifesaver. She has classes for all levels, which is great for me. I was looking to get fit again after a long time off Pilates/gym and her beginner series was a perfect way to get going again. Moving on to her other classes challenged me and helped me progress. The sequences feel rewarding to move through and are really well-balanced. Always leaves me feeling great, and sometimes after a class I could swear I feel taller! Thanks so much Cat 😀
